Our system has protections in place to ensure our users account safety.
If a person tries to login too many times, they are banned from the system, and depending what sort actions the user has taken, this ban can last for anything from 10 minutes to 24 hours.
Generally, you would expect your account to be blocked for no longer than an hour.
Additionally if we detect suspicious activity on your account we will show this message when you try to log in:
503: Service Temporarily Unavailable
Too many IP addresses accessing one secure area!
Please contact Support if you need assistance.
This could be due to a large amount of access from different devices or geolocations. We do NOT support the use of VPNs as this often causes multiple geo-locations between logins, which will result in the account being limited by the security system. Please open a ticket if you are receiving a "503" error message so we can review account activity.
