We often get asked if it's possible to upgrade a membership part way through an existing membership. Due to the billing cycles with our payment processors, it's not possible for us to change your monthly fee manually, the billing company needs the customer to authenticate that change. In some cases, we may be able to adjust your membership type without changing your billing details.
